M. L. “Aadi” Aadireddy, Attorney at Law, focuses her practice on contested and uncontested probate matters, guardianships, and fiduciary matters. She helps clients navigate complex legal processes with clarity, compassion, and careful attention to detail during times of transition and uncertainty.

Aadi’s background provides her with a strong understanding of Texas probate court practice and estate administration. Her experience includes work within one of Texas’s most active probate courts, where she gained practical insight into the procedures, statutory framework, and judicial considerations that shape probate, guardianship, and mental health proceedings.

Experience & Practice Focus

Aadi previously served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Guy Herman at Travis County Probate Court No. 1, one of the state’s leading statutory probate courts. In this role, she reviewed and edited submissions to the Court, prepared orders for the Judge's review under the Texas Estates Code, conducted legal research in contested probate and guardianship matters, and assisted with hearings involving probate, guardianship, and mental health proceedings.
During her clerkship, Aadi also monitored legislative developments affecting Texas probate courts and supported Judge Herman in his additional role as the elected Presiding Statutory Probate Court Judge of Texas, providing her with valuable perspective on how legislative changes shape probate practice statewide.

In addition to her probate experience, Aadi has worked in administrative law with the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, where she assisted in drafting administrative law decisions, evaluated evidentiary and procedural issues, and conducted complex legal research.

Aadi is also committed to pro bono service. Through the University of Texas School of Law Mithoff Pro Bono Program, she served in the Wills Clinic, assisting clients with estate planning, fiduciary selection, asset identification, and drafting valid self-proved wills tailored to each client’s wishes.

 

Professional Leadership & Memberships

While in law school, Aadi served as Executive Managing Editor of Publication for the Texas International Law Journal, Volume 60, where she oversaw the publication process and edited scholarly articles in accordance with legal citation standards.
