Bailey Bowe

Bailey Bowe is an associate attorney at Texas Probate Attorney whose practice focuses on probate, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation. With a strong commitment to client advocacy, Bailey blends compassionate counsel with effective legal strategy to guide individuals and families through complex legal matters with clarity and care.

Bailey earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as an editor for the Houston Health Law and Policy Journal. She received her B.A. in English with minors in Business Administration and Media Studies from Texas State University.

Before joining Texas Probate Attorney, Bailey worked with Rudy Culp at Horrigan Goehrs Edwards & Culp L.L.P., representing clients in contested and uncontested probate proceedings, guardianship cases, and fiduciary litigation.

Bailey is a member of the Houston Bar Association’s Probate, Trusts & Estates and Litigation Sections; the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; and the Disability and Elder Law Attorney Association.

She has contributed to the field through writing and speaking, including her publication Trust the Judge: The Poe Trust Case’s Implications for Probate Litigation and Jury Trials, presented at the State Bar of Texas’ 19th Annual Fiduciary Litigation CLE in 2024.
