Experience & Practice Focus
Aadi gained extensive probate and guardianship experience while clerking for Travis County Probate Court No. 1, where they reviewed probate applications, motions, and pleadings under the Texas Estates Code, assisted with contested matters, and observed probate, guardianship, and mental health proceedings. Their work also included tracking proposed legislation affecting Texas probate courts and supporting statutory probate judges across the state.
In addition, Aadi has experience in administrative law through roles with the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, where they drafted decisions and orders, evaluated evidence, and conducted advanced legal research.
Through the University of Texas Wills Clinic, Aadi served as a student attorney, guiding clients through estate planning, fiduciary selection, asset identification, and the drafting of valid, self-proving wills that reflected each client’s wishes.
Professional Leadership & Memberships
Aadi served on the executive board of the Texas International Law Journal as Managing Editor of Publication, overseeing the full publication process and editing scholarly legal articles in accordance with Bluebook standards.
